FROM PHOTO TO PROOFREAD TEXT

Three steps. One clearer page.

No account. No server upload in this MVP.

01

Bring one photo

Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP of a note or whiteboard. Your browser reads the pixels — nothing is sent to us for OCR.

02

Preprocess and OCR

Optional contrast assist, then local Tesseract recognition. Messy cursive and glare can fail — that is expected.

03

Proofread. Copy. Keep.

Edit beside the original, then copy or download TXT. No watermark, no account required.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your photos stay in your hands.

OCR runs in your browser. No photo uploads. No account needed for local use. Optional Google sign-in loads Google scripts only when requested.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

A little less uncertainty.

Everything to know before you hit convert.

How accurate is handwriting OCR?

It varies. Cursive, pencil, and glare often need manual fixes. The product is built around proofreading, not a perfect first pass. We do not publish a fake accuracy percentage.

Can I read a cursive photo here?

Yes, try one photo and proofread the OCR output beside the original. Joined letters are harder to recognize than printed handwriting; the cursive guide explains what needs manual review. Try the cursive translator workflow.

Do you upload my photos?

Local Tesseract baseline is designed to run without upload. If a cloud engine is offered later, it will be opt-in with clear consent — not silent upload.

Can I convert a whole notebook at once?

Not in this version. The MVP is a single image per run.

Does it handle whiteboards?

Whiteboard photos are an intended scenario, including perspective and glare issues. Quality still depends on the photo. See the whiteboard guide for shooting tips.

Is there a free tier?
